I Feel So Violated

Sorry I've not been keeping up with the blog! We've had some drama, and you know how that is. Someone broke into my house and stole all my stuff. Worst of all, they fed Tempie some kind of poison. Fortunately, they fed it to her with chicken, so she threw it up before much of it could be absorbed. Yay for a chicken intolerance! She's very sick, but she's going to be okay. They also roughed her up a bit, but nothing is broken! Unfortunately, she's really freaked out. She's not too pleased with people right now. (Neither am I.) With the exception of myself, no one is allowed near her. I hope she gets over it soon, though, because snarling just does not suit my lil yella dog.

  2. I'm so sorry you had to go through that. And poor Tempie, too. I wish karma was instant. I was about to type something uncharitable about the miscreants, but thought better of it. I purray for better days ahead for you and Tempie.

  3. Oh my goodness!! I'm so sorry this happened to you!! I'm so glad she threw up whatever they gave her. I will never understand psychos that try to kill animals. And after all Tempie's been through in her life already. Grrr!! >:-( I hope things get all taken care of quickly. Love you!

  4. That's awful, I'm so sorry. What is wrong with people. It's one thing to be a douche and rob someone's house but to hurt their beloved animals, too?

  6. I'm so sorry to hear this. It just makes me furious. Frankly, take my crap (I'd prefer you didn't) and get out! To hurt your baby is unspeakable and they could've killed her (I assume that was the intention). I tend to lull myself into safety that if a person broke into my home, they wouldn't stand a chance with the dogs, but now I'm reconsidering that idea...
    I hope she recovers super fast and I'm sure that with your love and attention she'll bounce right back. Much love and positive thoughts...

  12. OH MY GOD!! Thats the most horrible thing I've ever heard! Ofcourse it would be more horrible if Tempie wasn't okay, but GEEZ what a low human being to do such a thing!
